At the heart of the home, we designed the kitchen to feel expansive and grounded. Sunlight streams through wide windows, creating a calm, inviting atmosphere. A generous island anchors the space with room for casual meals and conversation, while the adjacent butler’s pantry—complete with clever storage, a beverage fridge, and extra prep space—seamlessly connects to the patio for entertaining with ease.

The same thoughtful intention carries into the primary bath, where simplicity leads with purpose. A freestanding tub invites slow moments of rest, while the walk-in shower and dual vanity keep the space open, grounded, and beautifully uncluttered.
