Restoring this beautiful early 1900s home from separate apartment units to its original heyday as a single-family residence was a rare and special privilege. Our clients trusted us with a comprehensive, full-scale kitchen design plan in partnership with Anderson & Hammack, including the kitchen, butler's pantry, three bathrooms, design guidance for lighting, furniture, and a statement staircase.

To honor the home’s heritage, we selected timeless materials, colors, and finishes that are true to the original architecture. The highlights include rich oak cabinetry, a full-height backsplash in the butler’s pantry, a serene primary bathroom with a freestanding tub and dedicated vanity, and light fixtures that strike the right balance between classic and current.
